Brix 33 Fine Wines and Bistro: An Upscale Dining Experience in New Port Richey

Better quality dining experience for New Port Richey. We'll appointed tables and nice bar. If you're before 5:15 you can get early bird special. Not recommended as the portion is about 4 bites,with 4 pieces of half asparagus and a spoon of mashed potatoes. After dinner you want to go home and have dinner. I went with 4 seniors and the male server treated us like nursing home patients in for the 5 o'clock serving. This was my third and last time there due to his general attitude. If you're not over 50 it's a great upscale to the usual dining available.

Hubby and I absolutely love this place and is our perfect getaway for quality date nights close to home! Last night we attended their first Chef’s food/wine Tasting Event and it was beyond incredible. The attention to detail was alone 5 stars from the elegant table settings to the memento photo gift- everything was was beautiful. The food was edible art! See the photos for yourself. Thank you to Monica and the rest of the owners, our favorite bartender Dean, the rest of the courteous staff and most importantly Chef Eli and his team for sharing your passion and bringing it directly to our plate ! We can’t wait for the next one !

Where do I start? The warm and inviting ambience? The pleasant and attentive wait staff? The Taken For Granted Pomegranate Martini that if I wasn't driving I'd indulge and have a second? The Brussel Sprouts Appetizer with Pork Belly and Thai Chili Sauce that were cooked to perfection? The Pei Mussels with Scampi Butter, Tomato & Crostini that were scrumptious? Let's see, maybe I should go straight to the Main entree and praise the 12oz Sugar Brined Bone in Pork Chop that was so thick, tender and had a perfect temperature cook? The potato puree was, I must admit, better than my own and I must not exclude The Hereford Tenderloin Filet that cut like butter! The very reasonable price of the dinner was an added bonus! The entire dining experience was so enjoyable that I highly recommend this gem of Fine Dining here in New Port Richey!

Outstanding!! We found this on a google map search for restaurants, when we were up this way. Decided to give it a shot. We were a little skeptical due to the location but we do our best to not judge the book, totally based on the cover. We also love a mom and pop owned restaurant. We walked in on a Friday night to an amazing violinist The Server always had a smile and was very attentive. We ordered the Sea Bass and Beef tenderloin with mushrooms. Both were prepared perfectly. The owner even stopped by the table to make sure everything was great. We will be back and would highly recommend.

What a fantastic choice for a group birthday party! The food presentation was impressive and the flavors even better. Throw in great service and it's a win-win! I will be back for sure and I highly recommend it. PS. The chicken piccata is better than my grandmothers! shhhh

Celebrating my daughter’s birthday. 3 generations at Brix33. Birthday Cake dessert gifted by the Chef. I can’t say enough about the food, the presentation and the amazing service. The server gave my granddaughter some crafty items and she made the cutest birthday card at the table. One more thing which should be mentioned - the wait staff went above and beyond looking for the birthday card with birthday money in it that accidentally was left behind. It was found after going through the trash bins after the restaurant closed with the $$$ tucked in the envelope - and safely put away in the restaurant safe until I can get there on Tuesday. Thank you Brix33 -just one more reason to support the locals!

I consider myself a "Foodie" & trust me, YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS THIS PLACE!! My husband & I decided to celebrate our 5th anniversary at Brix 33 & it was by far the BEST decision ever!!!. The food was absolutely amazing as were the drinks, ambience, entertainment and staff. I ate at a very well known, high end Steakhouse in Tampa recently & waited months to get a reservation. The steak I had there did not even come close to my steak at Brix 33! My husband had the swordfish which was out of this world. Do yourselves a favor and check out this place. THEY DO FOOD RIGHT!!!!! The best thing is, it's within a 5 min drive from home (NPR/Trinity area) AND NOT ONLY TASTY but classy, no more long drives to Tampa for mediocre dinning when Brix 33 is in our backyard!!

Our first time dining at Brix 33. My partner and I attended a special event & was very impressed with the hospitality and atmosphere. Plus the appetizers were amazing. Gabby was very pleasant & took care of the group & was outstanding. We stayed for dinner after the event. We had Tina as our server she made some recommendations, which didn’t disappoint us. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Plus the service was outstanding. I also enjoyed meeting chef Elijah and his sous chef. Excellent food great service. We’ll be back.
